Chantal. It’s not that people don’t understand why you want to go back to Kuwait. Of course you miss your husband, cats, the culture, etc. the issue is that, your goal to do more traveling and vlogging is impeded by your weight and health issues.
Until you concentrate 100% on resolving these issues, there will constantly be this recklessness, indecisiveness, back and forth pull, because, ultimately, you’re just trying to outrun these problems. One thing at a time Chantal. Give your 100% effort to fixing your health, with NO distractions. Only then can you live the full life that you desire. And the clock keeps on ticking……. 😘😘

You can still eat things you love it’s just proportions like 1 serving compared to many. I lost 80 lbs shooting for 100 the last 9 months and I worked my butt off literal blood sweat and tears. It’s made me really sad I let myself get so unhealthy physically and mentally. Ive had to really work on my spiritual, mental and physical health and I’m feeling better than I have in a long long time. I hope you find that peace Chantal you deserve happiness. Remember it’s ok to pause, take time to think and be present in the now, and not make rash decisions. I’m glad you’re feeling better and sending you all the positivity and encouragement!

Does a. Motel cost much in Canada. It would be better than the car and you could live there untill you decide what you are doing. I think airwaves are closed to ordinary flights to the middle east at the moment untill Israel decides whether to retaliate against Iran. I see Kuwait is on the Iran's side and not Israel's. Could be dangerous being there at the moment.❤❤❤❤

I am eating ice cream while watching you eat that. Lol. Sometimes, with keto, people do cheat days and such. I've been working on fasting while cheating here and there. I stay away from bread and pasta. They give me headaches and make me too sleepy. What I don't get is how so many channels can say loads of bad stuff about you yet they don't get any strikes. Still, I think the whole main point is just to not react and not comment cause there are so many peeps that will propagandize just to get a reaction from you. And honestly, they just aren't worth your time or energy. I think just ignoring them would also help calm you down a bit. Like don't deal with them and don't let them stress you out. I always stress eat and have to shut it all out to get myself back on track. People just love to bring out the drama and do whatever they can to get attention. Glad you go so much nice stuff for your birthday. Very pretty clothes for sure.

I don't know what you are apologising for but I do know that there are lots of people who should apologise to you for nasty things they've said. I don't get why people have to be so mean to others, especially when they are total strangers they have never even met.
