I have social page with nice amount of subscribers, that I got for about a year, so now I can have listeners without big work. I was dreaming a lot about being a singer, but in the way that I want, not what usually have famous singers that I know about. Vegan Vocalist I used to want to be famous but now it would be my worst nightmare! I came to Los Angeles to sing and got talked into acting and just met the worst people😖. Worked at a mixing studio where all the celeb's, with the exception of Don Henley and Brian McKnight, were so weird. Their hangers-on seemed to be having all the fun but they seemed to be miserable. I would do NADA re:taking my clothes off in acting auditions nor would I have any part of the weirdness and darkness I saw around me. I'm from NC. I wasn't raised that way. If any of you have seen "Devil Wears Prada" that was my boss at the recording studio, but she looked and acted like the actual witch from The Wizard of Oz. I wouldn't even go have drinks with her because she kept asking me and I was way down on the rung of the totem pole. If I had schmoozed with her I would have gone up in the business and maybe been able to record a track there but I wouldn't even hang out with her. She was always trying to be so nosy. Trying to find out what I was all about and I was scared if I drank with her I would say something she could use against me which is why I thought she wanted me to drink with her in the first place. Either that or she just wanted me to kiss her ass. Wasn't going to do it. Finally I couldn't take the callousness of the people there. They were the 'step on the throat of the little person" types. I'm the other way around. I want to sing for the rest of my life but I think Dave Chappelle said "you can't get UN-famous.
