- I edited this together from scenes in Gossip Girl 4x22 "The Wrong Goodbye" I edited out all the Vanessa, Prince Louis and his mother parts. It sounds a little choppy but you are left with only Chuck and Blair. The music is of course Adele's "Rolling in the Deep"

@@miaroberts7016 100%, she didn’t love him but loved the idea of him and the fact that she was gonna have a royal title. the way they turned him into a villain last-minute was so stupid and made zero sense

Same. I always thought this scene represented why they fell in love in the first place. Chuck is spontaneous, while Blair likes to plan everything out to perfection. She can actually let loose with him.

@@luminoussoul5266 Actually he was never meant to be the one opposite Blair. In the books, the story was more about Blair and Nate. Chuck was supposed to be the villain but the chemistry between Ed and Leighton was so amazing, they continued with the Chair story and it was the best thing ever.
