In yoga we do an exercise called legs up the wall, just lying down on the floor and holding the legs up, it is sooo good :) I walk a lot, and my legs get a bit swollen, so that has helped me a lot. But also use compression socks at the office when sitting a lot, it truly is magic. ❤
I love the sock slip, so helpful as my husband has to wear compression socks as he is a cardio patient and needs the socks as his lower legs retain fluid. So to assist with the socks the ‘sock slip ‘ will really be helpful
When ypu described the abdominal band as "loke a hug" I'll admit, I began giggling! I have Multiple Sclerosis, and people with MS get a sensation that is referred to as an "MS Hug". Literally feels like you have tight wide band around your torso. It's definitely not pleasant like a hug when it happens and we MSers joke about how innaccurate the slang term is. 😂 Also, I LOVE this sock aid!!!!!! Gonna go find that now! I've not seen a soft sock aid before!
