Y’know, since March, we kinda wished Elden would give you the option to take hair out of headpieces, like Maliketh, Godfrey & Malenia’s headwear. I don’t get why it’s so hard to remove them; why even am I wearing Godfrey & Malenia’s NASTY hair!?
It's cuz finger reader enia fucking scalped em after we left and is now selling them for a profit.
@@le1660 dammit, Enia! Seriously, I can’t stand that, and almost none of the hairs can be properly matched! The Elden Lord Crown’s ugly hair has a really weird colour scheme that can’t be replicated to a T in the head & facial hair colour slider! One of my characters is a Viking Lord with red hair, but say I wanna make his hair gray! And I wanna wear the Elden Lord Crown. Can’t do that when the hair on the crown is a *different shade of gray* than what the colour sliders in the hair options are! It is so mismatched & utterly stupid; it makes my character look retarded!

Fun Fact: Did you know that the Royal Knight Armour (altered), Loretta's armour, actually gains poise with the removal of the cape? It goes from 24 (unaltered) to 28 (altered)!

It's ironic that out of all of the generic knight sets, mausoleum is the only one with a gorget. A gorget is made to protect the neck, and well... yeah. No neck to protect anymore.

The scaled set gives off the most heroic vibes without being over the top. Would compare it to how the steel plate in Skyrim felt
Its a slightly more fantasy version of the reinassance armor with borgonotte
but that ugly open helmet and those ugly pouches, seriously why is it so hard for this game to just make a full plate metal armor like the drakeblood set from ds3 or sir vilhem set or ds3 knight set or the black knight set or raime set or dark wraith set , like seriously its like they are so desperate to look unique that they made everything ugly, and their knight armor just had to have the ugly blue cloth instead of grey like ds3 why just why?

I kinda wish the Hand Of Malenia also gave your arm the golden look, so you could either wear her chestpiece for the golden arm regardless of your choice in weapon, or you could use the Hand Of Malenia for the golden arm regardless of the armor
Started replaying elden ring again after a few months and was just watching this and was like "is that Skyrim music XD" played so much of it growing up it was engraved in my head, great addition and nice job on the video

honestly I wish there were detail alteration through Boc, like how indepth character creation goes...like if we could have like,,, toggleable "facecover" or "headcover" over the Helms, or the Armor was broken as ..like, tunic-chestplate-cape that could be toggled Or mix-matched with others.
Like I would love to see the fire monk tunic with the Hoslow or Nightcavalry chestplate instead of the face, or wear the nomad cape with the traveller's or noble's dress
Yeah same, it would be awesome to mix and match different aspects to make your own outfit but I guess that would over complicate things. Still, what I imagine my tarnished to wear looks nothing what they would wear in game.

Great Job man , have you considered making video of all armors of other souls like games like ds 1 , 2 ,3 , maybe bloodborn ? I realy like the idea that you just show the armor clearly , no light problem or other bullshit.

preceptor set is my favorite mage armor (withou the hat)
for a warrior set, I'll decide on my 2nd play, I'll have to decide, but the duelist and blue noble for female, and the carian night and hoslow sets for male look good

Tbh a lot of sets look worse when altered but the Black Knife chest piece is one of the most beautiful pieces in the game when the cloak is removed.
I can basically agree with you on that.
I think the point of those is removing them to have more room for mixing with other sets without the capes and drapery messing it up. I wish "altered" did more than "lol just remove cape" in most cases, but it is what it is. Hopefully the DLC brings in more fashion expression.

Dear Elden Lord... Why can't we have another Soulsborne game with the same level of fashion as Dark Souls 2 and Bloodborne?
It seems that for every good looking armor in Elden Ring, there's ten ugly or more of less ones.

I was worried that Malekith’s armour couldn’t be altered because I think the sad excuse of a cape looks hideous but without it it’s one of the best armours out there!

I never really altered armour sets in elden ring but the only one i did was with the nights Cavelrey so I have a more dark paladin vibe didn't like the hair or well stuff on the top of the helmet

Ah… crap. You’re right. Dang that means it’s the only thing i missed in this. Fextra life must’ve updated with that being obtainable, cause i never saw anything saying it was possible to have, and you can’t alter it yourself either. This is why i wish you could Re-upload over top a video and still keep everything it has on it. Grab the haligtree medallion from commander niall in castle sol and the albinurich vilage go to the grand lift of rold in leyndell and show the haligtree medallion to it then go to the concecerated snowfields fins ordinary liturgical town and go under the bridge where the sealed door is then you will find it on a body

No, all sets can be worn by any Class. You can even cross dress… which is scary.

That is the Banished Knight Set unaltered and the one next to it, is the altered version.

Hmmm… I don’t know about that, i’m currently not playing the game right now and probably won’t until DLC or playing with my brothers. But apparently, it requires 1,692,566,842 Runes to get to Level 713.
