To hear this advice from an expert like yourself has been the inspiration I needed. From July to October last year, I made over 200 cards. I took some time off to do a junk journal and to reorganize my craft room. Then I had minor surgery and couldn’t do anything. Now I am missing it and can’t wait to get back to my craft room. I take a break by taking 5 min breaks from work - to put something away, fold clean art cloths, examine a product. Thank you for all of the inspiration - which was way more meaningful in a difficult lockdown year. All the best to you and your family. See you next year!

I find that shopping for craft supplies is actually just as satisfying as making cards! Problem is I don’t have that kind of budget being on disability and alone!

I hope you enjoy your break and kudos to you for taking it! It’s vitally important to take time for yourself and your loved ones and to do so without guilt! Thanks for the hard work you put into your content and for sharing your ideas. I personally celebrate the Solstice as a holy day and Christmas as a family/friends holiday. I may no longer consider myself a Christian but I have some cherished childhood memories. I was a strange kid; I looked forward to the "feel" of Christmas more than (okay, as much as 😂) the prezzies! Everyone was in a good mood, behaved courteously, and I just loved all the decorations. When I was really little, my family would drive around to see the Christmas displays put on by our neighbors. Every once and a while, we’d even get a little snow. Not so much that it would cause problems, it was just enough to look pretty and add to the festive atmosphere. I wish everyone a safe and happy Winter Holidays!

I'm struggling with my creativity for weeks and my way was always to shop new things but in the end all this new stuff is just overwhelming. 😳
I found out that for me it's the best way to copy a gorgeous card or box to get my mojo back but now I will give all.your other ideas a try.
