So the bag hook contraption actually goes through the strap of the bag you want to hang and then you attach the plastic part back into the larger bag! It will keep it secure from falling but still functional 🙂
Ahhh it's a great place for it lol!! I used to keep them in the largest packing cube but when it's stored they inevitably get bent so I'm glad there's a perfect spot for it in the rolling luggage! Thanks so much for watching Megan 🤗

For the luggage hook on the front that's supposed to hold another bag - I think it will work if it's used like shown on the instruction card. If you look at the picture, it looks like it isnt hanging down, it's actually looped around the bag. Hope that makes sense!

I incorrectly demonstrated it in the video but I recall now when I watched another review video, she mentioned hanging it correctly with the clip snapped back into place and even still it would unhook if it was jostled. I'll have to try it out again bc they may have made the locking mechanism a little more secure! Thanks so much for watching 🤗
Can you do a packing organization video? I like my luggage packing to be aesthetically pleasing and the clip you showed of you packed luggage is what I like.
hello! I know this is a late comment, but I'm totally luggage shopping right now and have been unhappy with the depth of most carry-ons. The away expandable bag couldn't even fit one of my husbands shoes in it. I can't find any dimensions online, but do you feel like the depth on the insides is sufficient? My old carryon was 5" deep, and the away is only 3! Please let me know if you can! I adore this bag!
When you use the pull out hook to hang other handbags or other small luggage’s are you just hanging them on the hook or are you looping around the handles and then putting the hook back in it’s place? If I wasn’t done buying luggage pieces I would’ve totally went the bei’s route. So pretty 🤩
LOL I totally demonstrated it incorrectly in the video but another reviewer mentioned even when she snapped the clip back into place with a bag hanging from the loop, it would unhook easily if it was bumped! The airlines broke my retractable bag attach strap on my full size case. Do you know how I could get it fixed? It's one of my favorite features and now I'm unable to use it. The clip at the end of the strap is what got broken off.
But the carry-on doesn't qualify as carry-on for many airlines. If you scroll through their description, it shows the airlines that it does qualify. I have the medium and large check - with the covers.

I had a hard suitcase get scuffed from being checked and a Magic Eraser took the marks right out.
