Insane opener man. Bravo! (Now to watch the rest)
What a treat to be able to take this little trip to Lisbon viewing this beautiful city through your lens. Gorgeous photos! Saudade! Must return there. Muito bonito!
Killer footage. Loved the pictures, such a cool vibe. Great Job.
Thanks so much Nick! I'm flattered to hear this from an amazing filmmaker like you! Have a wonderful day mate :)
How don't you have more subscribers?? Your editing & content are AMAZING!
Im visiting Lisbon from the UK in April next month, I can't wait. Gonna get some incredible photos
Man, this is beautiful
Wow, what a compliment, thank you man ☺ Shooting film has made me forget about the whole "i want better gear" aspect and experience photography in a much purer way, so it's nice to pick up an analog camera whenever you're fed up with digital and shooting images in bulk. Would be cool if you shot some analog again! Btw I just discovered your earwithme podcast, I'm going to give my ears a treat :)
@@StefanDressmaker Thank you! I actually shot film until last year, then put all on pause with the XT-3. :)) It made me want to shoot video more, hah! :D Yeaah, the first podcast episode will be up this weekend. So far, I just teased with some sound effects. I can't wait to record it. Thank you!
Solid video! Love the opening b roll
oh man!Old but gold!I loved the shot through the fence looking downwards!Great work!
Thanks so much man! Glad you liked that shot :) You have a really cool channel by the way!
@@StefanDressmaker Thanks man!I appreciate you having a look!I am relatively new in YT and still learning! Keep shooting!👍
Maravillosos tus vídeos:) ¡Gracias por compartir tu arte y tu trabajo!
Kirenia :) Muchísimas gracias! Tus palabras son siempre fuente de inspiración y motivación :)
Portugal looks beautiful, hope I get a chance to visit some day and shoot there! Nice videos, that camera intro was 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Thanks Ivan! Portugal has loads of photogenic spots, which is why many people fall in love with the country. But Hongkong is no less beautiful and fascinating I assume! If you ever come to Europe make sure Portugal on your route :) How's everything going on your side? Are you currently working on a new video? It's always a pleasure to watch your videos. Your self-portrait piece is still one of my favorite ones on photography
Stefan Dressmaker thanks Stefan! I’ve been busy with other things but there are some videos planned 😉 hope to get back into it soon
you are very talented, my friend. Thank you for share those images :)
NGL the cinematography on the opening was beautiful, I have one of these myself can't wait to start using it again.
Thank you so much :) It's a wonderful little camera, just get some film and start creating beautiful photographs :)
@@StefanDressmaker no worries at all man, can I ask how you did that video shot where the camera spins at the 0:07 mark?
Great video!
Grate camera, love mine as well. The AF series is grate.
Nice video Blackbox friend.
Amazing shots @Stefan Dressmaker your great .."barato nak camera pero maganda ag maayo kag nag shot."
that was a dope intro!
Great photography.
Solid work! When are you coming back to shoot more?
Amazing photos! I’m curious - how many shots were made with the 35mm vs. the 70mm lens? Most of the shots look wide.
Beautiful shots stefan! (I'm your fellow blackboxer btw haha)
Thanks mate! I saw your quarantine daydream short film the other day. Beautifully shot!
Nice 👍
At what shutter speed did you take these pics at? Btw love the vid keep going💪♥️
Buenissimo el video! Quería preguntarte si Las fotos ya están editadas o si es la maquinita que expone con mucho contraste? Parecen expuestas para las luces Gracias!
I found this camera in a charity shop a little while back, I’ve used it a lot and I love it. When I first started using it I found that my finger was over the lens in quite a few photos too lol I don’t know if that’s because of the design and getting use to or we’re just fools hahah. Also it’s quite easy to turn the camera off if you’re not careful, a slight adjustment to the lens cover when open can turn it off, was especially prone to doing that when I was on a night out.
It's always worth it to keep your eyes open at those shops :) Man, I had plenty of photos on which I left my finger right on the lens by accident! That was a big surprise when I received the first photos, however I kind of like the look it gives to the image on a few of them (but only a few, really, the rest is garbage :D ). I haven't yet had the issue of the camera easily turning off, most probably because the lens cover on mine doesn't move smoothly anymore :P
I likr your photographs.
i have 12/36 exp. on my olympus af1 twin. if i take out the batteries, will it reset?
I've read this camera had a recall in 2006 for risk of burns when the electronics to the flash went faulty. Because probably nobody send their 20 year old camera back to Olympus, chances are high you buy one where this thing is not fixed.
I like this camera and the optical system, but that fact is making me hesitant to buy this camera. Nikon TW2 seems nice, too.
I actually just checked the official press release from 2006 and it talks about 21 known cases of electronical problems. Nobody got hurt. They probably made a million of those, so you're probably kinda safe.
Just wondering what films did you use for your photos? Thank you
I have trouble with focusing using this camera, idk why all my photos are so blurred. Does anyone here have the same problem?
I would like to know what film you used for this shoot.
you were lucky, this camera is not cheap at all on the market right now
I just looked up the prices and you're right. Not cheap at all. I'm really surprised
Great video. Subbed
@@StefanDressmaker I actually went to Lisbon after watching this video, and bought an AF-Twin haha
@@James-qv1dr haha no way! how was your experience in Lisbon? Did you bring the AF1 Twin with you?
7:03 omg that look is fantastic, did you edit the photos ?
The secret jewel of Europe...
what is the size of battery?🥹
3€ 🥲🥲 now it’s min. 100€
Patience is the key, i got three working Olympus including this one for cameras on ebay for €30. My best deal was a yashica t5 in a charity shop for a €1.
Enjoyed this video greatly. Just picked one of these up for a EDC. 👍
