Hello, buddy, you stated in one of your videos that barbell squats alone are sufficient for leg development, but you stated in your current push pull legs video that barbell squats are only for core strength building. I'm at a lost on what to do at this point.

Failure is what makes ur muscle squats is risky it's good for strength training...cause it's a compound movement
One isn’t necessarily better than the other. Exercises are simply tools to help you build muscle. Technically, any ‘squat variation’ or ‘squat pattern’ is sufficient for leg development. Find one that you enjoy, and stick to it.
I used to love squatting before. Now I enjoy leg presses more. Simple.

not saket here but doing two experiences for any muscle group is enough and that can be your exercises of choice so if u can do fly and machine press and u like it then it's effective , any two exercises 5-6 till failure
