ہ سوڈان کے قاری سید نور ہیں کہا جاتا ہے کہ 1930-40 کے دوران جب وہ قرآن پاک کی تلاوت کیا کرتےتھےتو لوگ سڑکوں پر رک جاتےتھےانہوں نے اپنی تلاوت کو ریکارڈ ہونے سے روک دیاحج کے دوران ہی سعودی عرب کے بادشاہ عبدالعزیز کے کہنےپر راضی ہوگئے انہوں نے مختصر مدت تک ریکارڈ رکھنےپر اتفاق کیا.
