If I had a nickel for every time Charlie was involved in a zombie apocalypse where a trusted comrade of his turned into a zombie, he had genuinely impressive survival skills, he tried opening a machine to kill the zombies in an underground bunker, and the video involved him working with Tommy, Ranboo, and Wilbur, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice

This must've actually been quite terrifying to act. Imagine escaping what is essentially a dark, claustrophobic, underground tunnel system, well dozens of people dressed as, very convincing zombies chase you down.

FR😂 Tommy, Phil and Ran were just yelling about how Ranboo’s contracted some sort of golf STI… meanwhile Charlie is holding his dying friend. Wilbur has a look of genuine pain and he’s acting all woozy and tired, while Charlie hugs him for the last time and looks so genuinely distraught about what he has to do next. This was so chaotic and a rollercoaster of emotions 💀

in film combat, camera angles are utilized heavily during those scenes, where for example the camera moves while a blow happens, blurring the action a bit so you don't see the other actor dodge out of the way, or the blow land short. the main part of film combat, as well as stage combat, is that the actor BEING 'hurt' is the one in control of the scene, not the one 'hurting' the other. for this scene, even though it looks like Charlie is cracking Wilbur's neck, Wilbur is technically in control the entire time, and twisted his head to the side when Charlie counted to 3. Coupled with the camera movement and the sound effect, and the amazing fall, it looks realistic.
