Shrimp n Grits plus muckbang

- Instant Grits milk butter sheredded cheese
Shrimp
2 roma tomatoes chopped
Keilbasa sliced
Lemon
1 small onion diced
Fresh parsley
2 garlic cloves chopped finely
Freshly squeezed lemon

I really love this recipe, Thank you so much! I typed it up to help others. This covers mostly the topping. I used divascancook recipe for grits cause I needed measurements and i'll just add the cheese. I hope my typing it out helps.
Shrimp
Parsley chopped finely
2 tomatoes chopped (roma)
1 med. onion chopped finely
kielbasa, sliced
2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
1 lemon
salt, pepper, paprika (to taste)
4 Tbsp butter
(Liquid for grits, half n half, cream or milk and water)
shredded cheese
grits
Begin prepping your grits
In pan brown kielbasa well on both sides with tiny bit of oil
Remove kielbasa
Sauté garlic in the drippings until fragrant, then add onions
Add about 1tbsp butter or so and cook together until browned and sweating
Add tomatoes to garlic and onion and allow tomatoes to cook down
Let it cook down till the tomatoes seem to make a little sauce.
Add in shrimp and kielbasa to cook, shrimp will be done when pink
When sauce is nearly done, squeeze in fresh lemon.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika
Towards very end add a little butter, and parsley and turn off the heat and toss. Enjoy!

OK so this comment will be long and I apologize for that. But I've been watching a lot of your videos and I’ve only seen your hands and on some of the comments I’ve read people have said they wished you were their grandma. So I was like Wow “ME TOO”… And now I watched this one and I SAW your face for the 1st time. And Wow I was shocked to see how young you are and Soooo Experience in Cooking! I am 50 yrs old and now I have to change my wish and instead of wishing you were my grandma now I have to wish you were my daughter… lol.. Anyhow Congrats! You are amazing! I love to cook as well and have some great recipes of my own. But with Puerto Rican Food. That's where I am from.. But I am to shy to be in camera… but you inspired me to maybe one day start making some cooking videos because, just like your videos, just the hands will be good enough! Thank you! Did ur cabbage, roasted chicken, creamed/ mashed potatoes & hot dog chili last week, turned out great. Not all in one meal on different days. Hot fogs the weekend. I made this tonight and all I can say is OMG! This is amazing! My hubby made the grits (which if you knew him you’d probably faint dead away that he did) and I did everything else. No fail recipe! I used the andouille since I’m Cajun just tastes better to me and my taste buds were singing for more!!!! You rock Gina! Thank you isn’t enough for that amazing plate licking dinner!!
