Technically, ghouls are sub-humans or non-humans that evolved into looking like humans, and in nature, animals themselves do eat species similar to them.. As such, it'd probably depend on the reason why they did what they did, and not purely because of their diet. Else, it'd be like accusing a fish of eating another fish.

But going under that same argument and reasoning do animals go to heaven or hell. Or do they have their won separate versions per animal, like rat heaven and rat hell. Or cat heaven and so on.
Also even if they do share a domain with humans cause of their human like nature what about the ghouls that eat other ghouls?
