Sir, how can I resolve pop messages in photoshop like " Could not apply data set because the replacement file was not found". I have been trying to sort out this error but could not do it. Can you please?

try a master excel file which worked for you before and always copy data on that excel so that spacing of the column doesn't change when u save in text delimit file .
remember error mainly occur because spacing of column change wrt to change of number of data . so copy data in excel file which worked for you before
