Smittybilt Gen 2 XL RTT

Went camping for a couple days and wanted to test out my new BUG-OUT setup. I have a Smittybilt Overlander Gen 2 XL Roof top tent, a chinese built diesel tent heater, and a Joolca 12 volt water heater system for a sink and shower. Also a new Smittybilt awning and a medium priced Coleman cooler. Weather was cold and windy but I was toasty in the tent. It was a good time at Indian Lake in the Adirondak Mountains (New York). Should have left my fishing pole home, not even a bite. No tunes this time. So far I am happy with all this stuff.

What a nice campsite! I bet you don't even notice the tent going down the road on that thing!

Actually my diesel mileage went up by 2 mpg! I guess it got rid of the tailgate wind resistance. Tent is out of the airflow.

There are hundreds of them on Amazon, 3kw, 5kw and 8kw. I think they are all made the same place. I just went with an 8kw and cheapest price. Lots of you tube videos on how to.

Where did you get that big blue water tank and how many gallons is it?

Amazon and 35 gallons. Get the one that already has a faucet installed in the bottom.
