I love how I always find something new in your videos that I never would have thought of, like a bench cookie dispenser, that is amazing! And well, the incredible shelf project, but I love to find things that are secondary to the main topic of the video
Tyvek tape is the best thing I’ve found for epoxy pours, no leaks and it comes off super easy with a little heat. Shelves look awesome definitely going to have to build some.
Love this look! I'll use it for a "cat walk" in my house for my cats. They'll love it! Thanks April!!
April, thank you for this video! It's one of my favorite of the recent ones you've done, probably because I've been designing a project much like this in my mind. Super helpful tip on the rockler hardware. Also, I love the live edge part of your shelves. I may need to consider incorporating live edge into my project as well! Cheers!
Been fun watching you over the years...You've gotten a lot of skills under your belt now!!! Love to see you take on a timber framing project and build it traditionally...
Thanks April..you're the best. I have 2 large Black Walnut slabs that I decided to break down for smaller projects. Plenty 'o character defects. Your vid right on time as usual and got one heck of a deal on what is the first Epoxy (TotalBoat) I will have ever used. Got a spot for a shelf arrangement just like this. Love all your content.
Shelves look great. Take care and have a blessed week
So cool April.. Thank you for all you do and keep up the great work.
I told my wife if were ever in Texas it’s a must that we visit ur shop. It’s amazing to c how far u have come within the last 4 years.
Those shelves look so amazing!!!! I do not have any wood that I could turn into Live Edge Shelving currently but am looking around so that I can make some of these for my home. 10/10 again April.
Que bonito trabajo, rústico y atractivo!! Siempre aprendiendo cosas nuevas de usted, saludos desde Hermosillo México!
I'm a beginner and I just love the way you explain things thank you
Love watching you work!..Totally awesome April!!Thanks for sharing
Hi April. I still use my Port-Align from the 1970s. One of the great inventions. Best regards.
the drill guide is just the thing i needed as inspiration to build something for myself, thanks!
Great job April !!! You have are so talented .
Wow, those shelves are so beautiful.
Very cool April. I've got a couple small pieces of live edge from a reclaimed wood store thats been sitting around too long. I was going to make them bookends but, shelves....perfect idea. Thanks so much. Please, Be safe - Be well.
It does make a neat looking wall. Thank you. (Your larger sander has a wobble, like it's been dropped a time or two. Nice for coarse work.)
That walnut really looks great 👍. Great job!
Keep the great videos coming.
Thanks for sharing and God bless
Thank you so much April!
Nice work April, I liked this project very much and looking foward to more like this.
Beautiful wood and finish, great project.
Been a subscriber since you started this out of your shop in your old house. Love all your content. So proud of you and all your accomplishments. Have a great day April. God bless you and your family.
Hey April love the eraser trick with the tape, I gotta try it sometime... But a cool tip I like to use the most and is most convenient is the roll of tape itself, just use the whole roll to slide across the edge thats taped.. It usually works out everytime and is quick , easy and already in ur hand or near by.
So many things to like in this video. That drill press for a handheld drill, the shelf hardware, that walnut. Everything came together nicely.
Your projects just keep getting better and better. This one intrigued me because I have a sawmill and like the live edge slab idea. Very nice.
I love how the shelves turned out. I'm addicted to 'black forest wood co' channel, so it was fun to see how yours turned out, Beautiful peace
I find you very creative the way you work. I really enjoy watching your projects.
Lovely. All your videos are such a joy to watch. Thank you.
You have been such an inspiration to me. Thanks for being so awesome!!!
Great project April you make it look so easy thanks for sharing
I love this project! I am gonna try this one myself one day soon, and I will be down to get one of those stickers when you are able to open! Thanks for sharing
The shelves look great April, awesome job! 😃👍🏻👊🏻
Fabulous job April, thanks for sharing with us. 👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I wish I could come down to Texas and take a look at that floating shelf you gave me some great ideas for my living room and my shop but I live in Michigan so it’s been kind of hard for me to come down there when I get some time but thank you for the great ideals that I see in your videos
You never cease to impress us with your creativity...❤️
It's pretty cool how the use of epoxy has saved so many pieces of wood from the fire. A lot of the slices with critter-holes etc wouldn't have been used before but, with epoxy being in common use now, these bits are being used in decorative projects. A win/win. 😁✔👍
Oooo! They look beautiful!
Nice, very inspiring! I feel tempted to do something like this :) Thanks for video!
I like them all, and especially how the rounded edge shelves look like mushrooms growing out of a tree!
Oh! AND the "secret stash drawer" is an awesome idea!
Thanks for the video ♡♡♡
I like the creative touch that you added to these shelves. I find them to be quite visually attractive.
Very nice! I had one of those drill presses about 35 years ago made by Black& Decker.
COOL!!!
Thank you for a great interesting and informative video, great tips!!
Very nice use of live edge lumber for shelves. Awesome job, keep up the good work at The Wood Shop, videos and your business.
Beautiful work, April! The shelves look amazing! 😃
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
April, you are so talented! You have inspired so many women to just get up and do what makes them happy. Woodworking isn't just for men. I get stuck worrying that no one will like what I make, but it's not about what others think. it's about enjoying what you are doing.
LOVE RESPECT KINDNESS ONLY MATTERS! Spread IT!
I love your videos you made me interested into building now it’s my favorite thing to do
Cool shelves. I'm going to make some similar looking ones myself in near future.
This is very unique..will definately try this!
Beautiful work
Very informative and the timing is perfect because I want to do something very similar.
These shelves look amazing! Love the secret sticker stash drawer - beautiful work!
Beautiful shelves! Thanks for sharing!
Shelves look great, but don't forget to finish the cut ends.
love these! great job April!!!
I look forward to Sunday distractions from April... and I learn something too.
Beautiful!
Well done you did a great job
excellent video. Thank you.
Bravo they look great.
I can see a cat using the staggered shelves as a way to perch up high.
Woodshed cat???
@@AisforAwkwardd I don't think they much care what the contents of the structure happen to be. They seem to like perching above things if they they can manage the climb.
wow, girl power,my first time see a beautiful wood carpenter ❤️
I love your creativity.
The shop is over the top AWSOME
Absolutely beautiful wood and awesome shelves 👍👍😎😎👍👍
I love everything you do. I am having a building block and can't figure out how to build something and I have limited skills and tools. If you have a moment I would really appreciate hearing from you
You are sweet, Talented and very professional
Thank you👍
Parabéns pelo projeto !
I gotta try this... Thanx for another great video👍👍
Thanks April!
Great video April, I also liked the cookies dispenser and hidden drawer. I want to check into Walrus Oil. Thank you
Awesome Craft project
That was so cool!
I have a bunch of apple, pear and plum stumps and odds and ends that I just couldn't figure out what to do with them. Now I know! 😉
That drill press is a must tool for me to get! I make furniture and things out of reclaimed wood. That tool is going help me tremendously!
Thank you so much for sharing your talents! 🙏
Glad I could help! Enjoy!
Nice and beautiful 👍🏼
Very nice work
Floating Decks to Floating Shelves...... I see someone minds is enjoying riding on clouds. Great small DYI project April, thanks!
Cool vid...
I use surf wax to plug any cracks that leak through ...no problems.
Tape is ok but can be a leaky issue sometimes.
Beautiful work.
Great idea and these type of shelves are good for kitty perches.
The shelves looked great, as did the secret drawer. Take care and stay safe.
Wonderful video ...
a delight for the eyes and food for creativity ...
thank you very much and congratulations you are special.

Awesome I will have to try those.
Excellent!!!
Great ideas.
Great job this is awesome!
Excellent project 👍
Good job!
Love it April
You sure have a very creative mind and are very talented.
Very good!
Careful use of a heat gun works well to pop bubbles, and covering anything you think epoxy is going to leak or stick to with Tyvek brand seal wrap works wonders also.
Nice project
I have access to so much drift wood it’s insane. Anyway, I will be doing these shelves. My sister bought a house in Cape May, NJ and these shelves are perfect for a shore house! Thanks
That's a great idea! It will look amazing! Thanks for watching.
very happy to see natural elements displayed on the wall
Yes, I love how it looks. Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.
Great job👍😎
As always. Awesome.
