How not just get the magnet faux windows and hardware? Why drill? Why take a chance making a mistake? How about if your garage door is insulated? Why not just go with the faux kit for $35 dollars off of amazon?

If you're talking about the hardware, then yes the magnetic kind are pretty nice, but these windows look way more real than the magnetic kind.

If you put those things on the garage, will it effect the garage door ( when it is going up and down) ?

You will likely need to have the spring tension readjusted (generally a job best left to professionals) and/or adjust the force to open/close on your garage door opener (a fairly simple task most people could do themselves)
