Nana hemaa is so beautiful
I understand that everybody has their way of cooking but people need to understand the science behind it. Throwing away the liquid used to boil the tomatoes and other vegetables means that all the nutrients have been thrown away. There was no point boiling them separately when they could have been boiled directly in the soup. I see people boil kontomire, cabbage, garden eggs, etc and throw away the water. Such a waste!
