  • this is a vid i put together of the full build of my 6015B. it is in 1:14 scale and weighs in at a whopping 78kgs.
    this was a custom build and took me just under 12 months to design and build. it runs 2 hydraulic pumps with inderpendant relief valves, a full working oil cooler, sound module, temp and voltage gauge and also an hour meter to keep track of life span on parts.
    i painted the whole model in industrial 2 part polyurethaine paint and also made up a custom set of decals for it, this thing is a beast!!!!

    building a kit to sell is a lot of time and effort. You could come up with blueprints for all the pieces you had cut out and sell the print to whoever wants one.

    Your talent and dedication are awesome..... Have ever thought of putting the model into production as a kit for others to build, I know it would be expensive to get it off the ground but, I'm sure you would get a lot of interest, especially as you've designed it at 1:14 scale which is the same as the Tamiya truck range....
    Anyway Thanks for sharing and Regards from the U.K....

      @rcconstructionprojects  Před 4 lety +2

      Ben Downe hey champ yea I did get a fair bit of interest in it however there is a lot of man hours that just went into just one so making kits would not be a small job. It is something I wish I was able to make more of but at this point my shed is to small and poorly set up so I’m saving like crazy to set up a new work shop and one day hopefully be able to do more with the hobby

    Dude I like the work you did on your excavator. Now if you would just do the same work on your music selection. cuz that music you were playing the same beat the same thump over and over that's not music Man that's torture. Please put some kind of rock music to it. Don't play the same thing over and over it's really annoying. Again awesome job on the excavator.
