They may have already determined it was him. I am not sure why they are not letting the father watch the video either way, however.
@@culcune A parent knows their own child. If this was a hoax the person who did it would be arrested for hampering an investigation. I think it has to be real. What I can't understand is not letting Seth see the video, easy to blur out faces and number plates. I would have thought police would bring him in to look at it to identify him. That's unusual.
@@culcune I’d think they’d HAVE to have identified him: otherwise, they’d need a parent to confirm. If it were my child, watching his walk, his movements, his mannerisms could help me make a 100-percent confirmation.
I think they have to know. If this is real and I think it is, this is huge, he would need to be formally identified immediately before they have left the area. That video is a very important piece of information, I find it very strange that they did not let him see it.

He’s already done that. There’s an endangered child alert on Sebastian. He’s been gone for over 2 months. This is being handled by local LE, TBI, and the FBI is assisting.

The woman is said to be related to the mother. I really feel this is a cruel joke. The photo is old. It has been photoshopped. The hair darkened and chin line changed. Seth knows who it is.

The person did call 911 and contacted TBI and got no response. Then they posted the picture on facebook to get a response.💚💙
The woman claimed she was in a rush to meet with family- if I remember correctly. I would have called 911 after taking the photo and stayed. The woman could still meet with her family, if this was Sebastian this could have been a once in a lifetime chance to recover him safely.

My theory is that the mom & step dad changed his appearance & dropped him off hoping something would happen to him but they wouldn't be "responsible" for said situation. Total speculation but their behavior is sus from the beginning. So glad his father isn't giving up. I hope his persistence pays off with a happy ending for him & Sebastian.

I think it's Sebastian, they need to find the woman. She many not be involved but she might be a witness, it's really important that they find her. The police should be putting out an appeal. What I find strange is why the police would not let Seth see the video, they could blank out number plates and faces. Also, who bought him the shoes? He left barefoot and those are similar to the trainers he had. Looks to me like whoever he is with is known to him. No way did he manage to run away and get that far.

If this could be Sebastian, getting the footage formally identified so the police can act as quickly as possible before they have moved on is really important. The hair looks much darker (cooler) in tone, than actual pics of him where his hair looks more brown, lighter in color and warmer in tone. Yet, I have seen a couple of multiple pics grouped together where one of the pics in the collection does show his hair looking darker in color.

Yes, it does resemble Sebastion, but why would someone be hiding him and taking him to a public place visited by hundreds of people each day? Why was just the one picture taken? The person could have pretended to be photographing something else and taken a picture of him when he looked up. Why not call 911 right then and there?

I suspect that the blond haired pictures were taken after Sebastian had spent a summer with his dad, outdoors a lot, going fishing, etc. Hair and eyebrows were probably sun bleached.
The NC photo was taken after the winter. The child in that photo had probably not been outside much during the winter. Even if he had been outside a little during the winter, the sun would not have been strong enough to bleach his hair and eyebrows.
