Dude this mission was mad hard but for me the best strat was just drive the motorcycle down there and when it breaks just keep using shopping carts to get through the hordes easier. And for weapons I would just try and kill every boss before that (especially the clown since his weapon is the best in the game) or grab 2 or 3 shotguns from the gun store
