For the "pillow" (The white paint I put down first!) I use Homebase pure brilliant white wall and ceiling (Silk).
Recipe in this video:
3 parts Valspar wood and metal interior BASE C V700 Blend,
1 part Vallejo polyurethane gloss varnish
1/2 part Golden heavy gel gloss
*CELL ACTIVATOR:
1 part Amsterdam Paynes grey; 4 parts Australian Flood Floetrol
Alternatively you can use:
1 Part VIVID ENAMEL (by Colourarte), 1 Part Vallejo Polyurethane gloss varnish
Alternatively you can try the following Glue All Cell Activator!
*ELMER'S GLUE ALL CELL ACTIVATOR: 10ml amsterdam Titanium White, 20 ml elmer's glue all, 10ml water (I'm experimenting so this may change)

Wow! Absolutely wow! Yesterday we went right up onto Salisbury Plain (not far from Stonehenge) with our grandchild (she’s8) & collected a couple of pieces of flint. The colours are so like the finished pour. Amazing. You should be proud! xx

This is stunning and I can’t believe how beautiful it looked after being stretched out. Wow!! It look great before you tilted, then watching it as it changed and stretched was fantastic! I’m always scared I’m going to loose the composition, however you’ve just proven my theory wrong. Thanks again for another wonderful video Erica 🥰

Hello Erica, beautiful colors and nice composition. Great job I must say. Love the small cells that adds interest to the piece. The lacing g at some place is just right amount of lacing. It does not distract from the finished piece. Lovely.

VERY NICE 🤩. Question..what do you do to the sides of the the wood round to clean up the spillage on the sides
I let the paint go over the edges to cover up the sides. If I don't want paint on the edges, I will tape them with painters tape.

Loving all of your videos Erica! Not sure if you'll see this but I'm not on Facebook so have to try - how do you manage to keep so little bubbles in your pillow paint? Everything else seems to be going well for me but the pillow paint is the biggest issue! I'm using b&q own equivalent and it's just so bubbly and it's ruining my pours after finally managing to get cells :(

I read a study that said that colourart pigments were problematic and should only be used with a tube paint. I have a ton of these colors, because I love the colors, but was wondering if you saw a problem with them.
