你好, 可以一人按著椰子, 椰子底要墊布, 另一人用螺絲批和鎚敲擊, 椰子孔便容易開👍

建議可以滾左雞骨先，之後再拎起放其他料，骨頭通常係精華最有味，直接掉嘥左😋😋
骨頭熬湯比較躁; 而且corn hen 嫩, 骨頭未夠班。

你好, 不要客氣, 可以不加椰漿, 加椰漿可以令到湯的椰子味更加濃, 不會有甜品的感覺。

Everyone has their own way to cook and it’s entirely up to you if you wanna to follow the recipe or not. There’s nothing wrong to put coconut milk in and you can skip it if you hate it . Better than being rude and pathetic!
