nice first project. although the cutting of the drawers is tricky, it actually doesn't matter if you miss your first line at all since technically it fit back into the hole perfectly rough cut. it's the closing of the cut and the sanding that is critical as you demonstrated. thanks for posting...

You might try flocking the inside of the drawer and the box. Don`t let flocking scare you it`s 10 times easier than it looks and makes the drawers fit a lot better.

Where did you purchase the speaker
How do you recharge it? Do you have to remove the speakers?
On the back side of the speaker there is a charging port and the speaker comes with a USB charger.
