    I thought of a situation where tread switching is bad, although quite niche it could come up. When under the effect of AA's Ice Blast, you actually cannot gain the % increase from strength items. So tread switching to strength treads under the frostbite effect is bad since it increases your total hp without increasing your current hp, meaning you will have a lower health %, which makes you easier to kill and also easier to get the shatter effect.

    These videos are so well done. The visuals/slides paired with the way you explain things are the perfect combination of understandability, information, and emphasizing the most important points. I hope you continue making content for a long time!

    Thanks for the video. Have been curious to what the specific numbers were for Treads, but too too lazy to figure it out myself.

    I am curious as if there is any support where these boots would be a better choice over Tranquil or Arcane?

    • @ZQuixotix
      @ZQuixotix  Před 3 lety +2

      I've seen it on occasion, but it may have been experimental. I saw it on Undying once, sometimes on Spirit Breaker. It is pretty uncommon though, safe bet that most supports wouldn't get it

    Agi tread does not give your hero extra attk speed right?

    • @ZQuixotix
      @ZQuixotix  Před 2 lety

      They do! So usually you get +25 attack speed, and then when you switch to Agi, it goes up to +35 attack speed

      @@ZQuixotix lets say i use DK when i attack enemy, its better to use agi or strength tread?

    • @ZQuixotix
      @ZQuixotix  Před 2 lety

      That's a tough question, I've seen both practices. I would say, the strength is nice because it's 10 damage and 200 HP, and as DK, you'd be a tanky frontliner more so than a damage dealer. So I'd rather have the extra HP. Agility will likely help you do more damage (not fully sure on the math here, but DK is typically lacking attack speed), but he doesn't really need more armor. Maybe against neutrals, you could try using agi boots
