👋🏼 Choo choo. Wendy Williams case is one of the weirdest and strangest cases that I've ever heard. I said awhile ago that her son and family should have been more hands-on and direct with her. You don't just sit back and let some other folks come in and take complete control of your loved one and their finances. They dropped the ball, seriously, and it's sad.
- From what I remember, the son was in charge of the account, but as a Power of Atty/Guardian etc you have to account for ALL monies spent of the acct and report it to the court based on quarterly, semi-annnually or annually per court nstructions. Dumb Jr. was doing exactly what whomever/whatever the reason the bank's red flag went up over abuse of her acct. initially.
- As POA his spending was crazy, and he wasn't smart enough to use cash so his door dashes weren't being trailed ridiculously so = ASAP ding again to the bank's paper trail and now court steps in. Had he used cash, slower for bank to pinpoint where, the amount, and you're more aware of cash dwindling. Rich or not his eat-out bill was for him and how many other folk he was feeding? He definitely abused her acct. IMO. Way too easy to use card and not register total amt. spent as fast as cash.
Wondering if Wanda had/has bad credit, because she'd be most likely next in line for POA. Have to have good to great credit to be POA and no shaky background. Had POA over my mom over 20 yr ago, with basic $$ no big savings etc, I had to file court papers etc, its no joke w/ all paperwork before & after approved.
- Her now Guardian donated to Presiding Judge's campaign (conflict of interest IMO) so all usually mandatory reportings of her finances to the court and legit purchases can be manipulated or approved as legit expense when its possibly being actual abuse due to Judge and Guardian ties. EX: Blind Side dude - judge and adopted fam were in on all his future NFL deals and he didn't have knowledge or $$ to obtain the power they had over him once he went to NFL plus the benefits they were getting from college benefits w/ alumni's etc b4 he went pro.
- BTW, how many people say they feel bad for Wendy, but have done nothing to cover themselves to date because they think - not worth millions so no need. If you have property spouse/kids/any heir, POA papers need to be in place in advance. We never know when we can get sick/accident, etc. It's not that expensive to do so. Depending on having lawyer to help or not $200=$600 in my state in OH presently. My POA was in GA and StateFarm did mine, don't remember the cost, but it was like 3 hrs to complete once approved.
My son never wore hot arse clothes in the Summertime, but he did half dress in the Wintertime, and it irked the heck outta me! 😤 Meaning that he only had a hoodie and pants and shoes on in 30 degree weather, and wondered why he was sick all the time! DUH! 🙄

Teen's issue is addressed in Project 25 stop and frisk to be reinstated type deal. My godson 16 yrs old at the time arrested for smoking in public in Indiana. It was a mess.

@@cyberone2763 His mom and dad fought it, but they kept him for hours, had to go to court for it too. It stayed on his record umtil he was 18/21 and found out by accident from a parking ticket. He's now 31. Said he was smoking a regular cig "too close" to school grounds (across the street) and ironically it was his first cig. SMH & LOL I'm tellin' you all POC's need to review Project 25, we're talking Jim Crow era all over again. As often said, history repeats itself, and bible says "there's nothing new underneath the sun."

Wendy like I've commented before on a separate post of your Wendy topic something else is going on, why on God's green earth her family especially son has no contact. For the last story Diva with the cops why not just comply and not fuss meaning if they ask and you answer, if they ask again just comply so that you're not going back and forth and the outcome being more dangerous, if you get what I'm saying. Mom started watching you too😊

Agree w/ "E" a Doc on Wendy should be done and only be focused on that Guardian, the Judge who appointed said Guardian, and the Guardians works done on behalf of Wendy good, bad, and indifferent plus all attempts made by family to find her, the $$ trail the fam knows and heard of with receipts of $$ activity, and the roadblocks they encountered. Doc should be more about the legalities and pitfalls to educate the public would be an excellent angle for this doc..
Sabrina has no information IMO regarding Wendy, so focusing on her would be sensationalism to me. Plus doc on Wendy doesn't have to be on Lifetime, other networks and streaming services can be approached too. Why is Sunny being quiet after the niece spoke to her about their hurdles? Wells Fargo were in their rights legally to freeze her acct. Its the actions taken after acct freeze is where it should start. Wendy's sister is a teacher not lawyer as the streets claimed.

We could start to admit, that there are yongsta's, who wear hoodies during summer and winter, cos they don't have money to buy clothes. There also some who do sc4ry things to dress nice. Even as a fam member, can't let them in the house, cos they eat, steal, borrow not to return, everything they can, and get angry, if you say something. Want to get paid or something in return, if anything is asked from them, cos they are the "forever victims". Than other fam members are proud of them, cos they dress so well. And when you take a distance, they go for total distruction. To make sure you can't enjoy live without them or Destiny swab.Can't solve the problem if we don't include the lower levels.
