Much appreciated information, I caught this and need to review closer, but your comments near the 15 minute mark are exactly what I have been trying to explain to Doctors and PT. I am EXTREMELY nearsighted and it was not realized until I entered 4th grade and couldn't read the BIG E on the eyechart. This back in 1964. Glasses back then and for the longest time weighed a ton and for a small kid were nearly impossible to keep on my face without falling off. Knowing now what I didn't know then, I am 100% positive that my cervical spine issues developed from the compensation of forward head posture and face angle to keep the glasses on my face. A also developed a huge low back problem that plagues me to this day and my thoracic spine (per PT) is not curved as it should be and is extremely inflexible (per ortho and PT). I am 66 now, I will see if any of this helps, but I really appreciate your addressing the vision issue as a complicating factor, which must be a recent revelation because no doctors I seen even gave it a mention.
Thanks kindly for your service!! :)

Thank you Beth. I find your videos most helpful. Can you share some relief movement for tinnitus arising from cervical spondylosis?

Lill, I responded to your question on a different video, but I'll copy that response here. Typically, when tinnitus is the direct result of another condition, the most effective treatment is to address the underlying condition. These exercises are helpful for spondylosis and you might also see a physical therapist for in-person evaluation to explore the connection to tinnitus and see if there is another cause that might require different treatment. You are so awesome! I’ve been doing chiro on my neck for a couple months and still having aching pain in my shoulders and upper back of the neck. I just ordered the back buddy. It arrives tomorrow. I’m so excited to follow along with you. THANK you so much for sharing your knowledge! I’m also using your cervical stability and posture videos. You are so clear in your explanations. I’m one who wants to know the how and why behind how things work so it’s super helpful to me. I’ll keep you posted 🥰

Very informative! What if one has straightening of the cervical spine? Are chin tucks contradicted for loss of cervical lordosis?

Thank you. I need all the help I can get. Beth, I like your pillow, I’m still in search of one. I think that’s one of my problems. My neck is always a mess when I get up and I sleep like a corpse on my back. I don’t move. Can you tell me the name of your cervical pillow? Thanks!

LW, my specific pillow is no longer available (I bought it on Amazon), but here's one just like it: amzn.to/3VTTGf9. This type of pillow goes by several names, including ergonomic, orthopedic, and contour memory foam. There are many different brands available on Amazon. Did you see my pillow review video on the Groove Easy Sleeper Pillow? czcams.com/video/Kg5T0cYg74M/video.html. All the best!
