18mm Socket
Torque Wrench
Breaker Bar (Optional)
Tightening torque for tie bar bolts: 115 Nm

Could this be the problem I have with the steering wheel vibrating on idle.

It could partly be it. There are 2 other engine mounts that can be worn and may have to be replaces alongside this one.
