      I agree. I guess Nigel needs to smack me in the head and say, “I am about to tell you a simple trick that will improve your wide-angle landscapes.“ And then he needs to say, “remember, that was a simple trick that will improve your images.“ Thank you, Nigel.

    I was attracted by your headline of "one simple trick" for amazing wide angle photos. After spending 16 minutes on your video, I'm still trying to figure out what that trick was? Was this video mis-titled or something?

    •  Před 3 lety +1

      I'm slowly going through my "watch later" list and it makes me realize how many landscape photographers use clickbaity titles that are barely discussed in the video. I'm glad I looked at the comment section after a few minutes of watching because I could still not figure out the title of the video. At least now I won't have to go through yet another vlog about tripod, filters, and f-stops...

    • @Centauri27
      @Centauri27 Před 3 lety +1

      @ Many CZcams videos have "click baity" titles, but this is one of the most egregious examples. I should've done what you did--read the comments while watching, instead of wasting 16 whole minutes on it.

    • @Wrecksy
      @Wrecksy Před 3 lety +1

      @@Centauri27 If you're watching solely for one magic trick that will make you a better photographer, then you're doing it wrong. Nigel's videos are full of good information. There's no silver bullet trick to make you better.

    • @Centauri27
      @Centauri27 Před 3 lety +1

      @@Wrecksy Nope, not looking for a silver bullet. I watch many photographers across different channels for ideas. Video titles are important to catch your attention. The only feedback I could possibly give is on the music - which for me, takes me right out of it. I think I'd rather listen to your ambient on your camera, especially of the gushing stream. Anyway, that's a minor thing although I admit that music is likely needed for a lot of videos and it's never easy selecting the right jam (plus it's time consuming, most of all!).
