    "Tej" is a little bit strong alcohol but can also be made less strong or alcohol free which is called "birth"

    That’s my mum’s recipe ? I applaud your entrepreneurial aspiration but your mum definitely didn’t invent the recipe of Tej. Tej has been around for hundreds of years with unaltered recipe.

      Hello morat , What he meant was the Tej was made as per the specifications and ratio of ingredients by his mom.
      He didn't say she was the one who created Tej .
      All our mom's have their own recipe for Bread ( Difo Dabo ) , Doro wot , Tej , Tella . That is why they taste different from one place to another.
