I knew this home was older when I saw the overgrown shrubs in the front, and the minute they went inside the wallpaper trims and brass fixtures was a dead giveaway…
I like it because it's not too extravagant or modern it's still homey
I could most definitely call this home. Over the years there was love inside an outside. I could feel the love from the beginning of the video. Are the original owners too elderly to take care of this masterpiece they created? The grown work alone would be a lot of cost to keep up, if you couldn't still do it yourself. I hope the owners enjoyed everyday of their life here.

Interesting home - beautiful lot and outdoor amenities, albeit the near-structure foliage seems in need of a thinning of the canopy... of greater concern (and expense) is it’s aged interior design elements and seemingly ad-hoc layout and flow... not sure of how one would remedy that.... IMHO
You remedy these issues by submitting an offer that is lower than asking price, these issues give the buyer greater leverage.

Love the house but the shrubs are way too overgrown, they need to be trimmed back to show more of the house. Whoever buys this house will need to do some serious landscaping.
This one hasn't seen a Decorator since 1993!! Wierd floor plan.
