This destroyer of a breakfast challenge at the Nicollet Diner has been seen in a few different size variations over the years, often ranging from about 7-10lb... Today, the kitchen staff informed me it was apparently “15lb”... could this be possible? Could this be Americas biggest Breakfast Challenge? Has this challenge grown? That's actually not hard at all. Seeing as they are over easy, you could easily do over a dozen in less than a minute, and that's with chewing. I know because I've done it before lol

When you dropped that piece of pancake wrapped bacon in the top of your boot, and had to take your boot off to get it, I was laughing so hard,,,but when you ate it with your toes! I probably would've been making sandwiches the whole time, I feel like that would help get the giant pancake down. However I am not a professional eater, and have never eaten that much in any single sitting, so i don't know what good techniques are.
I feel like I could complete some of the 4-7lb challenges I have seen you and other competitive eaters take on, and that would probably be pushing it on most days.
