Honestly, I don't know how these ppl get away with not having a fence around the pool. So dangerous for children.
Hello, this home has a fence around the courtyard where the pool is located. As per city by-laws, which are pretty strict when it comes to pool safety. I do agree though, having a pool takes a lot of commitment especially when you have children.
Google maps shows this home was custom built as of 2018. Not sure if it's worth the price they are asking.
