I didn't realize Universal Studios Japan had this show as well. I used to work at Universal Studios Hollywood, and this was the best attraction in the park. But Japan may have Hollywood beat -- there were more high falls, and The Deacon's fire fall is from higher up. The shows have the same spirit, so even though I don't speak Japanese I have seen the show enough in English to know basically what was being said. But while I got to know a few of the stunt people in Hollywood during my time there, and they were all fantastic to talk to backstage, I may prefer Japan's version.
Apparently Universal Singapore and China also have it It's really funny how completely forgotten the movie is now when the live show is still super popular
It’s also weird seeing the atollers also using guns as well different sound effect the last atoller the leader of the atoll getting knocked out by the second jet ski smoker instead of the big smoker in a green and black construction worker vest the smokers docking theirs boats the different sides the smoker using the big smoker using the pipe instead of sledge hammer and the mariner not using a shield the smoker would get a boo or cheering from the audience and the big smoker gets shot at mariner fighting two smokers above the hot organo liquid them not taking of the cloth off the huge gun Helen’s voice being pre recorded Helen pushing the deacon before he shoot the rocket at the mariner and no music in the pre show different music
The airplane part was phenomenal I enjoyed it lots of explosions even though I couldn’t understand it it covered for it 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻
