That fluffy side is everything, but I like the elongated side, as well.

You definitely saved us some money.
Pro tip with gels: Avoid using gels that have carbomer with conditioners or other stylers that have a high amount of conditioning compounds such as behentrimonium chloride or methosulfate, cetrimonium chloride, stearamidopropyl dimethylamine, etc, because they are prone (don't always but there's a lot of potential to especially if you're heavy handed) to flaking. Instead, you can mix it with a styler like a botanical gel (ex: pattern styling custard, kinky curly knot today, uncle funky's curly magic) which feel moisturizing+slippery like leave-ins.
In addition, gels with gums like xanthan gum (ex: Camille Rose Curl Maker) are prone to flaking in general.
My theory is that the reason mousse can often make hair dry is because of the combination of film formers and high ph cationic surfactants (for foam/static reduction) which can raise the cuticle.

I’m going to try the sealing lotion with Kinky Curly because it seems to be a very clean product to put on top of a very clean product.
I combine *Camille Rose Aloe Butter Gel and Wetline Xtreme Gel* or *Ecostyler Olive* and I dont experience any flaking.
I like both sides as it depends on the event or why I do a wash-n-go. I love to start out with definitions then let my hair increase in volume over time then rock a pineapple to stretch out the style. On the other hand if I have an event where I don’t have time to let it increase in volume, I’d do the fluffy technique . Thanks for doing the comparison review!

First off, your hair looks great. I bought the Cecred products. My hair is natural, straight 4c. So far I used the clarifying shampoo, hydrating shampoo, moisturizing conditioner, hydrating lotion, and nourishing hair oil. All of the products were easy to open, and no, it wasn't hard for the products to come out of the bottles. Both shampoos worked great, the hydrating shampoo being the best to me. Talk about a detangling shampoo, with slip, sheesh! The moisturizing conditioner worked very well. I would say my favorites are the hydrating shampoo, moisturizing conditioner, and hydrating hair oil. I did notice a difference, a positive one over the other brand I had been using prior. And yes, I am a product junkie, I am not afraid to spend my money on some hair care. So I've used a lot of brands. No, you do not have to use a lot of the product, a little goes a long way. I would definitely buy it again and if I could only by a few products (so far), I would buy the hydrating shampoo, moisturizing conditioner and hydrating lotion. The price is comparable to other high end brands, with it actually being cheaper than some from that standpoint. I don't know about anybody else, I honestly liked the products 🤷♀️.

If my hair starts out frizzy like yours on day 1, then on day 2 I have to put it in a ponytail or bun. Really not worth it for me. Beyoncé knows you can buy shampoo and conditioner that can do exactly what her products did for just $20…why would I pay over $200?
if you like them defined curls you def gotta have a gel in your routine lol i feel you cause i dont prefer the frizzier look day 1
I like the wetline side minus the flakes with another gel perhaps. Too rich for my budget though.

I try it on the palms of my hands first before I mixed the products in my hair. Add a little of each in your palms and rub together. If you get the white balls forming or too sticky and tacky ...it more than likely will flake more. It works for me so hope it can for someone else.
did that in the video, (when i showed it on the back of my hand, that was it mixed) and it blended well so sometimes that test may work and it still flakes depending on the product

I love this line. I have noticed so much user error in a lot of videos. Mainly there needs to be more water and less product. When used properly the products do what they claim.

Beyonce will not be getting my coins . I feel like her line is for relaxed ladies or ladies with more Wavy or straight hair. . We NEVER see Beyonce's natural curls which makes me uncomfortable spending $30.00 per product on her stuff. I can always just use MICHE products if I am going to spend spend because at least I know their products are dope and are for natural hair specifically, I think i will stick with Mielle, Melanin and Donna's Recipe. The products work well and the price point is reasonable. But your hair always looks beautiful and thank you for your review.

I’ve tried both Cecred and Fenty hair products. Fenty works for me. It’s very moisturizing which is what I needed. For Cecred, the moisturizing shampoos was the only product that worked for me. The conditioner and other products were drying out. So I’m sticking with Fenty hair. By the way, the smell is very tropical yet not overwhelming.

it is for hair period. she never said this was natural hair line specifically. she said it was tested on all hair.

Does banding and continuous stretching you hair help
I've been banding my hair regardless of the style almost every night for 3 years now and I haven't had any damage. I actuall have less tangles and wash days go alot quicker because the hair isnt wrapping around each other because it's slightly stretched. Once water hits it or i work out, it shrinks right back up.... I hope this helps 🩷

Maybe I was shopping for wrong products but if anyone can find a hydrating shampoo with that level of slip and lather at retail stores I may save shipping costs with cecred.
Man you tripp’n I’ve used the clarifying shampoo and moisturizing shampoo and deep conditioner all great products!!! I’ve barely had any flakes since using the shampoo for about two months now… and that moisturizing shampoo has great slip and it’s not even a conditioner!

i just tried the wetline and that product did not combine well with the cecred leading to the flakes i experienced

I'd say you're more 4a-4b. Your hair has a lot of body, volume, and definition. Especially when you straighten it. A 3c (like myself) could only dream of doing what your hair is capable of. The density and body doesn't exist in my world sis😂😂😂.

@litlikelika yeah. My hair strand is so fine and high porosity. Any type of Moisture will either slick or curl my hair. Hell humidity is even to heavy, gives me a silk press/perm😂😮💨

Her hair looks very 3C especially when wet. Her hair is looser than type 4 but still more defined to put her in the lower type 3. She's definitely type 3C with areas of type 4a around her head as I've been following her for a while. . Also type 3 when frizzy and dry looks quite different from person to person. Anyway.......
@@SpirituallyGifted888I have baby fine 3C high porosity hair. My hair likes heavy leave ins because it makes my hair last longer. And my hair is lower density but gets really fluffy by day three. Most people think I have more hair than I do.
lol theres so many more tighter coils than mine that's why i generalized to 3c, i do think i have areas of my hair that resemble 4a though! the charts be all over the place lol
The moisturizing lotion is definitely not for a strong hold but baybeh, after I refresh my curls in the morning and use it for moisture, it delivers.

i've been getting a lot of these comments, i typically say im 3c/4a, but theres so many tighter textures than my curls so i generalized to 3c, maybe i need to add 3c/4a to the title lol, i dont want the type 4 girlies to eat me up

Thanks for the review I think both sides ate in their own way but like you said you couldn’t tell the difference in definition unless you’re right up on your curls. I also notice that when Bey wears her natural curls she likes that fully, voluminous, soft curl, I’ve never seen her with that crunchy curl definition that most of us like lol

You can’t say that mam because you didn’t follow instructions. You must use it sparingly so you don’t experience the flakes.
haha i stand on not recommending it with the gel because the flakes came from the gel, not the amount of product used (i used the same amount on the side without gel and no flakes were on that side.) thanks for tappin in tho!

I don't see good results. A weak curl pattern that turned into an afro with each passing day.
Beyonce doesn't wear baby hair and doesn't know how it works. A styling gel should come with a complete hair care line. Beyonce is not licensed in cosmetology and would not be able to provide complete hair care. The gel side was great before the flakes and now needs to be washed all over again

I feel you should stop using this product. There are numerous products available on the market that will give you healthy, moisturized, defined curls.

On one hand you said the products were good. The title is misleading. I think you cannot mix those covered products with other products. If you just use Cecred products by themselves without wet line gel then the products would have worked even better on your hair.
