When I went to Japan I couldn't believe how clean and organised their building sites were. Even the concrete trucks were spotless. As far as I am concerned anything made in Japan is of the highest quality.

just like we had "Made in England" now we manufacture nothing to shout about. But this factory sure turn out great kit.
@@dcallan812 Well same for America too for the last couple of decades, just like England we still got some good plants, but its been fading. Us both, "made here", *while outsourcing everything just to say its made here*
that was not always true. In the 50s and 60s, Japan made what we now look to china to get. Mostly low quality stuff
Their company is not diverse at all. At least there is one country that hasn't lost its mind.
There's really no where in the world that will put this kind of detail into machine parts this size . Japan has really taken pride in work to all new details . :)

"Made in Japan" is usually a quality seal itself. They're cooking the imperfections out with an electrode and then they weld the holes. It's so satisfying to see it all come together with precision. Even the XXL crown nuts can be spun by hand.
It's almost too nice for the intended purpose. :)

Ich finde es immer wieder atemberaubend mit wieviel Liebe zum Detail hier gearbeitet wird. Soviel Herzblut und Gründlichkeit. Leidenschaft zum Produkt, einfach nur toll. Alleine die Montage gleicht einer präzisen Operation. Wenn man alleine nur die Lackiererei sieht,wird einem warm ums Herz. Und zum guten Schluss sieht man den guten Mann wie er noch mit einem Schwamm per Hand die gegossene Beschriftung betupft.

Also a little hard to get that fit depending on the length of the part. If i ever need a product from Okada i will happily pay for it.

That was exactly my thought ... how clean this place actually is at each stage.
For those that never worked or went in such an environment it looks normal or maybe even dirty but nothing is less true ... this is spotless.

Possibly the most impressive thing I’ve seen of this type. I don’t know how much that would cost or what it’s service life would be but you get what you pay for. And in this case that’s a lot of knowledge and craftsmanship. Bravo!!
I know a smaller hydraulic rock hammer attachment for a 29T excavator costs about $50k AUD ($25-30k USD), so I'm going to guess this would be hitting double that, minimum.
