You advertise a "base house" for 1.5 but how much is the house you are actually showing? My guess is more than twice the "advertised" price. Typical Camelot, advertise a 1.5 million dollar home but the models are $4 million.
No idea what this house would sell for. But my guess is somewhere around three and a half.

Sorry about that! It's the base price and the pricing is located in the drive file in the description. Homes in this community actually start at less than 1.5... around 1.25.
Ryan, just make sure you don’t write a contract for $3mil when its only $1.5 mil and you pocket the rest 😂

The house appears to be hostile to wheelchair users. Good thing I'm just curious and not a potential buyer.
Normally they don't make the model wheelchair friendly :( they could definitely accommodate with a new build though. I've seen some great homes that are wheelchair accessible!
