The houses look perfect for me. I'm considering moving to Savannah; which is my hometown. But my concern would be the amount of diversity in the suburban neighborhoods. As an African American, I currently live in a predominantly white subdivision in Urbana, Illinois, about 160 miles south of Chicago. The neighbors here aren't mean but they're not all that friendly either!
That HOA just cover common area Maintenance. I’ve heard complaints of people parking on the street and the HOA being slow to respond. I sold two houses there and the feedback from the neighbors was very similar

Yes only one floor-plan of the one I showed on the videos has two bedrooms that comes with their own bathroom
