His harmony arrangements are complex but sound so good and I think it's his ability to hear these and to communicate to all around him in how to nail these complex changes that's makes him a genius at producing music , let alone his ability to hear such changes in the first place. I find it absolutely mind blowing that Brian is 90% deaf in one ear but managed to create everything that he has. A truly gifted and beautiful man and I'm so glad he's still alive and happier than ever in his later years. Bless him

Really Nice !! It's wonderfully revealing for we hard-core BW fanatics, to get to see footage like this, of Brian at work behind the scenes, teaching his group the music & the harmonies. Brian always appears at his most coherent & his healthiest when he's at work like this - concentrating hard, improving the mix, getting it right after several takes. I can relate to the feeling he must get when it finally all finally comes together .. just the way he wants it .. just right.

Thanks so much for posting this. I bought that album the week it came out & have loved it ever since. I was brought up on the Beach Boys Christmas album since I was a little kid & it get's played every year we decorate the tree. So I was so excited to hear years back that Brian was coming out with another Christmas album & had to get it right away. I love it just as much as the original Christmas album, so seeing footage like this makes me feel all giddy inside. It's a beautiful thing to see Brian at work. I so wish there was more stuff like this out there. Thank you

My friend and I caught Brian and his band's Cleveland Christmas concert. Hearing the entire Beach Boys Christmas Album and several originals from the aborted 1977 Christmas album and singles delivered the Christmas Spirit to all. Blondie's solo "O Holy Night"was stunningly good. Peace at Christmas, everyone!
