This is so pretty. I have never stitched with ribbon but it’s on my list of things to learn. As a dementia specialist I approve of your exercise message and discussion. Eating well and keeping moving are ways of reducing risk of some dementias and many chronic diseases too.

Thank you Jennifer for your video and sharing your snippets with us. My mother taught me about stitching with joy and not necessarily for a specific project. Being an early riser and no longer at work , I have a cup of tea and stitch in the quiet of the day. Then breakfast and get on with whatever. I was asked why I am always happy. I can only say ,you should see me if I don't stitch anything for a while. I am not sad but I notice in myself I am a tad discontented and fidgety. This week (31st) your book will be published in UK. To say I am excited is an understatement.

Another great video..thank you Jennifer. I received my evergreen pack today..gorgeous and thank you. I had ordered your latest book from Amazon and it was due to be delivered last week, however, I received an email stating that there was a delay and the new date was somewhere between mid October and end of February! I’ve ordered it from Blackwells and once received I will cancel Amazon’s copy. What a pain! But I can’t wait to get it…exciting!

I agree with you on the exercise aspect. I started physical therapy because of back pain. Hopefully it's not from stitching lol
