Lucerne Palace (Czech: Palác Lucerna) is a concert hall and shopping center located on Wenceslas Square in the historical Nove Mesto district of Prague. Protected as a cultural monument since 1958 and as a national cultural monument since 2017
The building's design was developed between 1907 and 1921. The building was built by engineer Vaclav Havel.
The building is one of the first reinforced concrete buildings in Prague, and even with the original glazed passage roof. The style of the building combines the features of the outgoing late Secession and emerging modernism.
In 1989, the palace was returned to Ivan Havel through the process of restitution.
The palace is an important cultural site of the city. Concerts, sporting events, conferences, fashion shows, film premieres, and master classes are held here. A shopping arcade runs through the palace.
At the crossroads of the passage, in front of the entrance to the cinema, there is a provocative statue of David Czerny “Horse”, depicting St. Wenceslas. The sculpture was installed with the consent of the current owner of the palace, Dagmar Havlova (Czech: Dagmar Havlová). According to an agreement with David Cerny, the sculpture will remain here until the restoration of the constitutional monarchy in the lands of the Czech Crown.

Další tip: Zahrady pod Pražským hradem . Shora až dolů na Malé Strane. Ale asi se tam platí vstupné. Vynikající rozhled stejně jako v zahradě na rohu Malostranského náměstí. Vchází se tam vraty rohového domu odkud přijíždí tramvaj. - Vrtbovska zahrada.
