Colleen you're tired because you're extremely sleep deprived. I highly recommend trying to improve your sleep hygiene. Look it up and try some different things if you haven't already. Do things like avoid screen time an hour before bed, listen to relaxing music, maybe use some essential oils, take a warm bath at night, read, etc. Only trying to help because I care and love you and your family! Thank you for continuing to vlog all quarantine- it's literally been a life saver to be able to watch you every day.

Hi Colleen! I just wanted to tell you that it’s really refreshing to hear a CZcamsr be open about their anxiety. It helps normalize talking about it which is so important. I’m sorry you’re going through nighttime anxiety issues- it can be do debilitating at times. Keep doing what you’re doing, and take care of yourself. This pandemic is a marathon, not a sprint- and so many people are facing flare ups in anxiety, or new anxiety from this crisis. Love you always ❤️
