Wow Paan and Sambal. Looks good for a quick sambal. The traditional Jaffna version is heavenly. All Sri Lankans make sambal/sambol and I know at least 25 ways of making sambal.

there's a best way of making best sambal is put dried chilli, scraped coconut, salt, onion lemon juice together and grind in stone grinder that will give you a best sambal for extra taste u can put fried dried fish when you grind
