First of all, thanks for the upload! Second, AAARG! You're holding it so the letters are upside down and turning it backwards. Which makes it a bit harder b/c some symbols are a different letter when inverted. I think I figured it out anyway, so no sweat. Starting at the dot on the side that lines up with the copper colored line, I think it reads: FORCE WIELDER Then there's another dot at the other copper colored line and it repeats. FYI the symbols are a one-for-one substitution, just like most fonts, so it shouldn't be too hard to extrapolate which symbols are what letters. If you're interested I might be able to find a link to an image with the translation key.
Admittedly I was getting ready to record it the way you had initially commented to do so, but I looked at it and thought, “this looks like it might be the right way” so my bad. But glad you got to decode it
