Canopy and camp set up - Nodaysthesame

We've finally finished decking out our canopy just how we want it so we thought we'd run you through it and we also show you how we set up our iKamper rooftop tent and our Darche 270 degree awning (not sponsored by either).

Can you do a review on that i kamper tent. Looks pretty good, how does it go in wet weather?
Fun fact for you. Not sure if that step u used to undo the awning was a collapsable one. But if not u can get a folding step of about that size u used from k mart. 5 bucks solid as.

krump 7 Yeah we are planning on doing a review on it but we’ve only used it a handful of times and not in wet weather yet so we’ll wait a bit longer 👍🏼 Yeah we considered getting one of those steps but the one we have is great to just kick around!

Hey mate , is it possible to open drivers side canopy door when the ikamper ladder is down , really like the setup especially with the 270 awning

Darryn Ling Hey Darryn, yeah it’s possible as the canopy door JUST touches the floor of the ikamper and clears the ladder easily. Thanks heaps! Yeah we’re happy with the awning so far.

Nice set up. When the canopy is sitting on its legs, is it stable enough to sleep?

Cool canopy but I would consider shortening the canopy because there’s a lot of weight past the back axle. And do you have after market suspension?

Newport Thanks a lot! It’s actually some roller chain that I’ve split and welded to create a removable hinge.
