Looks like Riverfront Stadium in some of those pictures, and the bridge going over into Covington. I’m not from there, so someone would have to help me with the geography. I am from Wisconsin and went there a few years ago to watch the Brewers play the Reds. Awesome city; had a great time -

And there's no real lyrics to it. They made the music, then decided it needed vocals. So the singer just sang a bunch of gibberish and they kept it.
