Spider-Man 2 (2004) is the best Spider-Man movie 💯 🙌 🔥
Best movie of all time imo cinematography is spot on and Alfred molina is the perfect villain as he makes us sympathetic towards him. The reason the older spiderman movies are better made is that Sam rami wrote believeable characters and actually made them human and not perfect to the point you actually get really attached to them. Also rami understood the character of spider-man and how he has real world relatable problems and we as an audience feel his struggle of trying to ballance his life as Peter with his responsibility as spiderman. Where as Tom Holland on the other hand just gets uncle Tony to fix it or uncle happy 😂 my problem with the new films is the characters just aren't believeable there are no consequences for Peter what so ever which clearly tells me the mcu doesn't understand the point of spider-man because he's not meant to be perfect he's meant to fuck up and learn from it. His personal life as Peter is barely effected by his actions as spiderman and he's not relatable at all he has no money issues or girl trouble and no one ever dies. For example when the deli gets blown up in the cross fire in spiderman homecoming not even the fucking cat dies therefore meaning there's no consequences for Peter to learn from which just tells me that the mcu doesn't get the character of spider-man
@obsessed No Way Home remedies this. Granted, Spider-Man 2 is still much better but let's face it. It can't be beaten. But with the release of No Way Home I can finally take Tom Holland seriously as Spider-Man. You have to see it to believe it.
Might be my favourite song on the Spider-Man 2 soundtrack. The 2000s were a beautiful era for movies.

As dope as this song is but she is a classic one hit wonder and it's now 2019 I doubt she'll ever make a comeback at this point
