Video games, as well as stories in general, can have horrible people in it. You don't see the creator of Lisa: The Painful getting doxxed because Brad is an objectively awful person and, spoilers btw for the ending of Off, You don't see people doxxing the creator of Off because the Batter is trying to end the world and kill what is implied to be his wife and child. You don't see people trying to dox the creator of Omori because (spoilers yet again for the ending of Omori) Sunny killed his sister. While some of these protagonists are horrible people, and some have done horrible things under the guise of good intentions, the point is that these are heavily flawed characters who are meant to have flaws for the sake of the narrative. The creator of The Coffin of Andy and Leyley do not support the actions of their protagonists, and neither does any writer or author when forming a narrative where the main protagonist is clearly painted as being in the wrong or having done morally unjust things.
Tl;dr - Learn to understand a writer's intentions with a character and how just because the protagonist is a morally flawed character, doesn't mean they are a reflection of the writer's opinions. Not everyone writes a self insert, in fact most good writers don't.

Guts is another great example, although Guts is more of a redeemable protagonist who starts out awful but changes for the better. But I doubt Iseyama supports genocide. Again, not many good writers write self inserts who act the same way as the author.

I haven't played the game, but as an avid indie dev supporter just in general, I'm willing to play devils advocate.
So. Horror is a genre that for many years now, has felt a little stagnant and "not scary." That's not to say there aren't any good modern horror games, but anyway. I find horror games, especially the psychological kind, play with your emotions to make you feel a certain way. The way I see this situation (potentially, again I haven't played the game so if im wrong please correct me) is that, sometimes if you wanna make someone feel uncomfortable, you need to go against the norm, the social norm in this case. I'm guessing that's what happened here, except it just got blown out of proportion. I'm in no way advocating the normalization of incest, and I don't think this game is either. I think it probably takes advantage of how outcasted incest is by modern day societal standards, and breaks that standard to invoke a feeling of discomfort or uneasiness.
But for the final time, I don't have context as to what these scenes actually entail beyond some form of incest, so feel free to correct me on anything.

The game, is CLEARLY a dark genre and messed up game. I mean the first half of the game is literally cannibalism, dismemberment and desecration of a corpse and murder. So to me it made sense it would lead to the incest thing cause clearly both Ashley and Andrew already too far gone and have..no morals. If this messed up and dark genre not for u, then don't play

Well I don't care enough to dox or know where anyone lives. In the past it was normal to be able to find out where some one lives and know peoples names. It's only recently that people feared people knowing where they live due to the crazies on the internet.
The issue isn't doxxing it's that threats and violence aren't taken seriously. Especially if you're in certain groups threats are accepted. I don't think there needs to be new laws. Their are already harassment laws and incitement laws etc. The issue is they are seldom used due to the issues with anonymity and prosecution. Adding another unenforceable law is pointless.
It's just like CP it's on every big site and everyone cries about it not being taken down demanding big tech does more. But why aren't police arresting these people? It's a crime after all. But it's hard and takes a lot of effort so most online crimes go unpunished.

The problem with doxing is that if you put yourself out there, its easy for anyone to search up the person thanks to lack of anonymity anymore. Companies and sites requires you to give up some personal info about you, which then could be used public depending on what you have agreed on, etc. Making laws around this would not work without being unfair and what if someone unintentionally dox someone, or the person dox themselves but people are sharing around the dox materials, etc?
We should write a thousand books with the taboo topics as a form of protest against this .

The best way to fix mental illnesses are not to hide them but to face them, and games are just as capable a way to face something as any other piece of art.
They are probably jealous of the small creator's success because they themselves can't get the same validation, and that's why they don't talk about big franchises since they don't compare themselves to those kind of creators... Of course you should be able to criticise something and call people out, but even if this game did glorify something horrible (which it sounds like it didn't), no one should be doxxed for it.
