I hope these places have security cameras everywhere, just so when all the vendors pack up for the night, leaving behind their goods on the hope that no other vendor or staff attempt to steal stuff, they can catch any thefts on the security cams.
They do but the its has to be you catch them in the act or its large Sum stolen.

How important are the con for your company? One day, sdcc or powercon ?
We only attend 2 events a year ( montreal toy con and otakuthon)
About 5% of our revenue is generated from these events. Sdcc is a good outlet for manufacturers to showcase releases/preorders that we watch and post. While they are not too important to our company financially. They are a good outlet for us to turn over lots of inventory in a short Burst.

Would you ever consider getting a booth at TFCon or Anime North? Those are 2 cons I go to for sure.
Maybe TFcon. Iv been really happy with otkothon. Not sure about anime north overlapping with current otku.
