Nah, the ghost is so broken. First corner, try braking where the ghost brakes at the 100m marker, your car blows straight through whilst his is stopping on a dime.
It takes time, keep at it you’ll get close to the ghost and beat the time. Use my slow mo to see my braking points, speeds and gears I’m doing through the corners etc 😉👍🏻
I agree with you @K3ntris these guys who bought the game before all of us think it's the same tests. They aren't. When they update them the F em up. The later you buy the game the worse off you are. I don't think I'll be buying another gt.. this game is garbage only because of how difficult it is. No game should be this difficult it's not even fun.
I think the demonstration ghost are using always soft tires not hard how we have to do it... They are slowing, turning quicker and all the way they have much more stability on the road like what we have. Like here, if we braking on the same spot or turning like the demonstration we are just out... I saw that also in the other license tests. They just cheat.
Honestly though, like after the first corner sometimes I'd find myself ahead of the ghost, my speed is even quicker coming out of the corner when my tires dry off. But somehow the ghost passes me on the straight before Au Rouge (or however it's spelled). Managed to get gold, but no way the ghost is accurate

So, here’s a suggestion that I’m not sure it’s ideal, but it’s worth a thought: Instead of keeping the TCS Menu appearing throughout the race, I think showing the time partials menu would be more useful for us to compare to your times. I don't think any other game has frustrated me more than GT7 has with the license challenges. S-4 was the reason I stopped chasing gold, but S-10 was enough to make me quit the game all together. Countless hours on end, and over 1,000km and I still barely got silver. I appreciate the tutorial, but this game has become too unenjoyable to continue pursuing gold. I've tried over 100 attempts, taken multiple month-long breaks, studied the ghosts over and over, and I still can't beat some of my best times on half thesuper licenses. Skill issue, sure, but I don't want to be punished for not wanting to be the next Lewis Hamilton.
2 :24.919 on this one. Took me a very long time to realize that you gotta keep within the dry bit at all times. Just touching the wet spots hurled me off the track😂. 17 hours awake and was able to finish this off to get the trophy. Just need one more for the plat.

I just beat it after 5 hours of trying to get familier with car and wet track Rule #1 keep on all assists Rule #2 the last part of the track is more important so get familier with it. Rule #3 campare your timing with demo in every part.
800km into this.... still 0.2s too slow. Most frustrating this is the my best sectors combined would be a 2:22 something but I just can't put a clean lap together. Actually more than 95% of all attempts I don't even finish.
Try having a break from it then go back to it, you know you can do it, it’s just a matter of hooking a clean lap together. It’ll come! Let me know when you’ve done it, I’m confident you will 🏆😉👍🏻
This 1 is all a head game I think, just got to push the fear of slipping out and just go for it. My original record to pass it was 2:38.*** After watching a couple of videos and not worrying so much about if I fail or not. A couple of nights ago the 2nd full lap I completed yielded a 2:28.*** it has greatly increased my confidence and belief that I will manage to beat it. A lot of people claim that S4 is the hardest. I haven’t beaten it yet either but still feel, S10 is the greatest mental battle.
Yeah it’s all about confidence in the car and your ability, but honestly if I can do it so can you! Keep the car on the racing line, brake that little early and let the roll through the corners and don’t snatch at the accelerator when exiting, nice and easy
The car behavior on this track is completely unrealistic. On its wet part I mean. It doesn't look like water at all. The car behavior there is similar to oil or ice. I'm pretty sure the developers have cheated on this track making its wet surface far more slippery than ordinary water. Everybody who played wet tracks in GT7 can immediately feel that driving during heavy rain shower is much easier than driving on this half wet track. Shame upon developers for cheating their game players. UPD. Cheating is even worse. Apart from altering the set surface settings, in recent update the developers reduced the dry surface width on several locations (the topic with the new screenshot is on the Reddit) comparing to the older versions of this track. But the tutorial ghost has been recorded BEFORE the update which makes it impossible to follow now (the car will be drifted away when tried).
You’ve got to keep in mind, the car has dry tyres on a wet but drying track. So the grip is never gonna be great, only on the racing line leaving no room for error. It’s difficult but do-able with perseverance 👍🏻
@@SkullBusters Sorry but I disagree with your statement. First of all, dry tyres on wet surface should still behave like on water but not like on ice. Secondly, the width of the dry surface has been significantly reduced in one of the recent updates. It can be clearly seen just after the first steep right turn where the dry surface has now a width of half a meter which makes it impossible to avoid wet part. But the tutorial ghost was recorded before the update because it is the same. Also, the grip on the dry surface has been reduced which makes it impossible to keep up with the ghost (the ghost can turn sometimes without braking where the real player cannot anymore).
It’s to disagree it’s cool, the tyres on are slick tyres (hards) if I remember correctly, so slick tyres aren’t like normal tyres what you have on road cars with a tread, slicks reply on heat to help with the grip, just like in F1. Hard slicks are really difficult to warm up, so on a wet / damp track it would be like driving on ice. Has for the track I don’t know if it’s been altered I’ve not checked tbh, so they may have. 👍🏻
@@SkullBustersNope. These are not slick tyres. You can clearly see multiple tire threads. It's just manual adjustment of the grip level on this track by the devs. The adjustment has been made after the tutorial ghost recording completion which is cheating.
@@SkullBusters I won't give up until I pass it. But it's very frustrating. I put the counter-steering on HARD and the traction on 1, manual gearbox, that's how I get the best times because I've tried everything, if you have any advice, don't hesitate 😉

You’ve got to be really committed to the lap, stick to the racing line, braking a bit early but carry speed through the corners. Use my slow mo for help, see my racing lines, braking points etc 👍🏻
How do I carry more speed into the turn.....I've done well over 700k now on this track and got down to a 2.25.984 but it was a 1 off I can't even get close to that now.
Try having a break from it mate, leave it for a few days. Then attack it with a fresh mind, I done that on another test that I was struggling with and it worked.

I found Traction Control 3 helped me, be gentle on the throttle when exiting corners
